JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Content Writer at Argano is a seasoned professional responsible for leading content creation initiatives. This role involves developing comprehensive content strategies and may mentor junior team members to maintain consistent messaging and thought leadership. The focus is on producing content that engages and captivates Argano's target audience. The Senior Content Writer is responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, blogs and articles, whitepapers, client success stories, collateral, and other marketing materials. Their primary goal is to engage and captivate Argano’s target audience while effectively conveying our brand message, creating content that drives consistent messaging and positions Argano as a thought leader in the market **

RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Plan, write, and proof-read engaging content that ties into the overall content strategy of the marketing team and drive consistent messaging across all content that stays true to Argano's style, tone, and voice.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print, requiring little editing once submitted.
• Develop related content for multiple channels and formats, including websites, blogs and articles, whitepapers, client success stories, podcasts, scripts, social channels, email marketing, etc.
• Develop a working knowledge of our products and services to understand what our clients may experience and create content accordingly.
• Respond to and consolidate multiple edits and points of feedback on your content.
• Communicate and collaborate with content team, creative team, and subject matter experts across Argano.
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, expected.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Experience writing for different channels and formats, with proven ability to weave compelling, engaging copy for any style.
• Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

The base compensation range for this position is $65,728 - $105,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
