As the manager of business process – knowledge management systems and distribution on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, you'll lead teams of procedure communication specialists. You’ll assist in leading a team-wide migration to a new knowledge management system, creating best practices for guidelines, and operationalizing multiple distribution pathways. You’ll serve as CRM’s expert in knowledge management and distribution operations (i.e., guidelines, field-level help, AI, and translations). **

This is a remote position.**

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline and a minimum of five years of process/procedural design, testing and implementation experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years' property casualty insurance experience and/or a minimum of 10 years experience in process design

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic programs or projects that span multiple business areas, with the ability to manage from introduction to completion, including measuring and analyzing outcomes

• Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate large meetings, and present recommendations, along with ability to bridge communication gaps in order to mitigate obstacles

• Solid leader of leaders skills with a proven ability to effectively manage others
• Proven experience in migrating a knowledge management system, creating best practices for guidelines and operationalizing multiple distribution pathways
• Consistently demonstrates leadership competencies that support a high level of engagement as well as the ability to manage performance through multiple layers of leadership

Compensation

• $97,400 – $139,200/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
