Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the operations of our high-tech client’s Global Partner Programs Team. The ideal candidate has broad partner ops experience, including SPIFFs, MDF, Partner Portal, Reporting, Partner Program Compliance, Salesforce partner profile maintenance, partner support, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.What you will do: - Serve as the main point of contact for partners for operational issues relating to the partner program - Oversee all partner tools and processes to drive automation throughout the process to deliver optimal efficiency - Manage Partner processes such as partner onboarding, deal registrations, SPIFF claims, MDF, referral payments, demo requests, etc. - Maintain Salesforce data integrity for all partner transactions in Salesforce. - Be responsible for the partner portal, including user experience, engagement, enhancements, and troubleshooting. - Work alongside the Channel and Analytics & BI teams to build and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting on key metrics: Partner Program performance, certification, pipeline, discounts, MDF, and partner engagement. - Identify opportunities to improve reporting and perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure, and interpret business trends. - Work with legal to upkeep contract agreements, tracking, and negotiations
What you Bring: - 3-7 years of partner program operations or similar experience for a high-tech company (Required) - Experience with MDF and partner incentives is a (Plus) - Knowledge of Salesforce (Required) - Knowledge of Impartner or other Partner Portal platforms (Plus) - Tableau or Domo skills - You thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments that are experiencing hyper-growth - Self-starter who shows initiative and has the ability to “run with it” - Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including working with others to reach sustainable resolutions quickly - Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through - Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously - B.A. or B.S. required
