JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager **

JOB SUMMARY:**

A Marketing Manager at Argano plays a crucial role in the Marketing family and is responsible for executing marketing plans, campaigns, events, and communications for several offerings that support Argano’s marketing strategy and goals, generate qualified leads, influence opportunities, and strengthen the corporate brand. This position oversees critical details and executes marketing activities based on defined marketing strategies that target several markets and industries. The marketing manager completes tasks with a high standard of quality, efficiency, organization, and the drive and initiative to complete responsibilities with minimal guidance. This position requires prioritization of multiple responsibilities and proactive management of marketing initiatives. In addition, this role involves market research and preparing marketing information/brochures highlighting Argano's skills and strengths. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns tailored to SAP B2B sales, utilizing various media to deliver marketing-qualified leads with robust conversion rates.
• Strategically position Argano in the SAP consulting market by coordinating with sales, delivery, and product teams to determine compelling value propositions and differentiators.
• Enhance Argano's SAP consulting team visibility through website content, email marketing, advertising, social networking, PR campaigns, and active participation in SAP community events.
• Project manage and organize campaign schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives specifically related to SAP consulting services.
• Conduct market research and analysis specific to the SAP sector, preparing reports to guide marketing strategies and service performance improvements.
• Craft consistent messaging across all content, focusing on SAP consulting expertise, aligned with Argano's style, tone, and voice.
• Organize and manage both in-person and online SAP-related events, ensuring execution meets partner and vendor requirements within deadlines and budgets.
• Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on enhancing Argano's reputation in the SAP community.
• Strengthen the corporate brand in the SAP sector through various media outlets.
• Deliver promotional presentations, with a focus on Argano’s SAP consulting capabilities.
• Track, analyze, and report on project performance related to SAP initiatives, suggesting improvements as needed.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, expected.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and SAP consulting services preferred.
• Proven track record in content management, advertising, event management, and SAP market engagement.
• Experience coordinating virtual teams across locations to leverage resources and align goals, particularly in the technology and SAP sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically: Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with multicultural and/or multilingual teams across time zones.

• Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills, particularly in cross-functional teams focused on SAP consulting services.

The base compensation range for this position is $65,728 - $105,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
