Overview

Job Description

Myriad Genetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing to lead the development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns that drive growth across Myriad’s Oncology portfolio. You will be responsible for leading and driving results for a team of downstream marketing professionals. You will collaborate with numerous internal and external teams including but not limited to sales, operations, medical, enterprise marketing, and advertising agency partners. You will lead strategy execution across all channels, creating campaigns and deliverables (launch and execution) to reach target audiences which includes surgeons, oncologists, genetic counselors, and patients. This person must understand the digital landscape and know how to build a cohesive content strategy across all channels. The ideal candidate will have worked in a sales-driven organization and is a strong but empathetic leader experienced in leading a high performing team. **

Responsibilities**

  • Responsible for development and execution of omnichannel marketing plan, in line with business objectives
  • Oversees paid media investment and manages relationship with external agency partners that execute media
  • Owns digital marketing and annual marketing content calendar
  • Continuously optimizes investment to deliver sales, thought leadership, and media KPI targets and report progress against goals
  • Partners closely with marketing managers to develop content strategy and optimize channels that deliver desired results
  • Analyze and report on relevant business metrics and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • 8+ years professional marketing experience with 5+ years of integrated digital management and optimization experience
  • 2+ years as a people leader
  • Experience using content syndication and maintenance platforms
  • Strong analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing campaigns for business value
  • Excellent attention to detail, very well organized and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills with high initiative and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time
  • Up to 20-25% travel required
