We are seeking a Director of Market Research to develop and execute the enterprise’s market and voice of customer research program. This Market Research Director will build a best-in-class market research program including but not limited to driving client/customer and competitor insights that influence product and experience design; delivering on clear, executable insights for executive leadership by mining quantitative and qualitative data; building, improving, and managing enterprise-wide responsibility of Myriad’s Customer Experience (NPS) program; and embedding timely, accurate and relevant insights into Myriad’s market positioning across all business units. This Market Research Director will report to the VP of Commercial Strategy and Planning.
