Job description

• Manage Global projects and key M&A programs
• Establish a repeatable project playbook (Method) for all phases of an M&A Program:
- Due Dilligence
- Transition
- Integration
Develop Project and Program summary dashboards

• Coordinate with technical project managers on M&A integration implementation programs

• Implement a request and prioritization process to ensure resources are being utilized effectively

• Work with internal and third-party resources to develop and maintain integration documentation

• Facilitate work and own execution throughout the implementations

• Escalate risks and provide proactive plans to supplement integration team with additional resources

• Work with the Integration Program leaders to coordinate unit testing across functional teams

• Lead support effort of integrations after Go-Live

• Maintain integration program status for on-demand stakeholder review

• Contribute to the development of M&A playbooks and harvesting of intellectual capital
