Quality Control Lead Specialist

Position summary:

·        Quality Control Engineer - Electrical Parts & Pannel Supplier incoming Quality & Process Audits  

at supplier end for continuous Improvements

·         Responsible for Implementation of Defined standards/Process & Practices as per Control Plan

as well Establish SOP for Continuous improvements of Electrical Harnessing issue as well field

Reliability of Electrical& Electronic parts

·         To ensure 100% Inspection by supplier as per the Purchase Spec /SOP/Check sheet for Pannel &

Other Electrical/Electronic parts

Work You Will Do:

·         Inspeccion of Incoming Pannel & Parts for Electrical Bought categories

·         Electrical Pannel & Parts Supplier Process Audits for Timely closure of Quality Issue &

Monitoring Documentation for Quality related work (CAPA/PDF/Audit Report/NCR/Intelex

/Inspection Reports etc.

·         ISO Related documentation & Control & Timely Updates & Review

·         Analysis on Internal & External complains of Electrical & Pannel parts & timely closure on

Flash/NCR.

Team:

You will be a part of Electrical Bought out Quality in Addition to SQE

Basic Qualification:

BE OR BTech Electrical Engineering with Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar exposures.
