Strategic Accounts Specialist

Strategic Account Management of TPC Customer base. Includes maximizing value through relationship building, activation/implementation of accounts, and coordination with internal and external departments.

Position responsibilities:

• New Account implementation as it relates to the communication, coordination, set up and transition from an implementation state to a maintenance state.
• Meet with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and scope.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Operations and Finance to provide project direction and tracking for new client implementations and deployment.
• Utilize standardized implementation approach and toolkit, while continually identifying opportunities to enhance methodology for more efficient and effective delivery.
• Provide value added through focusing on client’s needs, taking a longer term approach to building and maintaining the relationship.
• SME for all TPC products sold by AE’s
• OPI, Assessments, Quality Program within OPI, etc.
• Firm Billing Coordination
• Provide update reports for management on progress and issues.

Essential skills and experience:

• Developed organizational, planning, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Positive outlook, outgoing and pleasant manner.
• Microsoft Office skills to include: Word, Excel.
