Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager - Americas Direct To Consumer (DTC) to join our team. The position is based at Haworth Corporate Headquarters in Holland, MI, and has the option of hybrid or remote work, dependent on the candidate's location. Travel to Chicago, IL, and/or Holland, MI, will be required.

As a Finance Manager, You Will

Provide proactive financial leadership, partnering, and support to the DTC team, including DTC sales and distribution strategy development, alignment, and deployment. This position is viewed as a critical leader and direct business partner with the VP of DTC, senior DTC leadership team, and the Americas Finance Director to drive growth and profitability in this channel of Haworth. This role will lead Sales Administration team as well as Sales, General, and Administrative (SG&A) activities among DTC organization, including annual plan, forecast, and monthly results. **

Do you have these required qualifications?**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Ten years related experience with progressively expanding duties in variety of Finance areas, including three years supervisory experience.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience in an omnichannel DTC business environment with ecommerce channel.
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.

Ideally, You Have Also Demonstrated The Following

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analysis, accounting, problem-solving, and data-gathering skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
  • PC and keyboard/mouse skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
