As a Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for lead generation and nurturing to capture the interest of data teams around the world. Your integrated marketing campaigns should aim for winning the hearts and minds of data engineers, analytics-engineers, and analysts through showing them the benefits of the best data observability platform on the market.
You'll own digital ad channels, email marketing, organic social and search, and be free to experiment as you see fit. We're looking for active contributors that aren't afraid to push the traditional frameworks of marketing and are constantly looking to improve how they reach goals.
As part of our growing marketing team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
Launching and/or optimizing lifecycle nurture programs. The core of this is email, but don't feel limited to this channel!
Working alongside other marketing, product, and sales members to define and refine the prospect funnel
Refine (or create from scratch) LinkedIn ad strategy
Work with other marketing and product stakeholders (e.g. finding relevant keywords) to identify Google ad strategy
Experiment! The MarTech landscape changes fast. We're looking for someone that stays on top of the latest trends and is willing to take risks to carve out a path that works for us.
Propose Metaplane content gaps in the prospect funnel
(Occasionally) Work alongside other marketing members to operationalize marketing flows. Bonus points if you have experience with Workflows and Fields in Hubspot
You have at least 3-5 years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS startup, preferably one that targets a technical audience (bonus points if that audience includes data teams)
You have a proven track record of driving meaningful results at the top the funnel
You want to try out new things and improve on campaigns you've launched in the past
You can define what an "integrated" marketing campaign is (or can guess at what it means - you may be using a different term to describe this!)
You have experience working across multiple acquisition channels
You’re an experienced program manager who feels confident juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with others
