Title SalesForce/MS Outlook Integration Consultant
Duration: One month
Location Remote

Detailed steps to setup SF connections to Cloud Connector and Cloud Connector to Exchange Web Services (EWS) server for Outlook Integration
Permissions required for SF to connect to the Exchange Web Services (EWS) server.
What Requirements are needed to install the cloud connector in a Windows server (not EWS server)? (e.g., capacity, port openings, network, permissions, etc.) What extra work is needed for SF to connect to the on-prem cloud connector?
How will the data from EWS be feeding through cloud connector real time? Can the on-prem cloud connector do backward and forward (two way) communications (e.g., meeting cancelation calendar update)?
What are other functionalities apart from showing free/busy schedule that is available with the outlook integrations? What controls does SF have on all the data/calendar received from EWS? Data needs to be encrypted at rest. Will this be available? If so, Is it a customization? Does the service account permit SF to access more than just the Free/Busy?
