Job description

Our client, a global technology company focused on Higher Education technology and is looking to have a Hubspot Administrator join their North American team, it is a fully remote role! Their goal is to improve student success and college graduation rates worldwide by crafting digital experiences that build community and increase student engagement. They are a global, enterprise SaaS company with 7M+ students in 25 countries actively using their platform. They are working with higher education institutions internationally across North America, Europe and the UK.

They have a diverse and world class team poised for their next phase of rapid growth and are looking for a Hubspot Administrator to join their revenue operations team.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to be the primary owner of HubSpot CRM . It is a vital role within the Revenue Operations team which is focused on working cross-functionally across all teams to align processes, share data insights and centralize information.

The HubSpot Administrator reports to and will be working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations. They will be working with various stakeholders across departments to determine CRM customization and automation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the HubSpot Marketing CRM, administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.

  • Recommend and implement best-practice CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and workflows.

  • Monitor systems and respond swiftly to problems, outages, or other usability issues.

  • Regularly review settings related to each system and resolve system errors.

  • Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support.

  • Build reports and dashboards that improve user productivity.

Experience and Qualifications

You are organized, detail-oriented, and driven by success. You have experience working in a marketing-focused CRM, preferably HubSpot. You are skilled at finding creative ways to improve the end-user experience through automation, page design, and dashboards.

  • 2 years of HubSpot Marketing admin experience, implementation and process improvement

  • Strong competency with HubSpot automation.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as well as handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a nice to have

Eastern Standard Time Zone, North America is preferred for this position. Working remotely or out of the Boston or Montreal office are options.
