Job description

NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Tech Writer to support our State Government client in NYC, NY 12207.

Tech Writer - Responsible for the asynchronous documentation of data exchanges into the DOITT format; Technical writers responsible for taking integrations off the completed QA backlog and documenting them to DOITT standards
Create, prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents and architecture diagrams to support IT cloud infrastructure and platforms hosting modern distributed applications and digital analytics environments.
Mandatory Skills
-Experience gathering, and analyzing technical information from various sources to document new or changing IT cloud infrastructure and platforms hosting modern distributed applications and digital analytics environments.
-Experience preparing, reviewing and maintaining technical documents and architecture diagrams for audiences such as IT architects, engineers, developers, and managers.
-Experience comprehending and documenting IT infrastructure such as networking, compute, storage, and databases and IT security systems such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and infrastructure security.
-Experience using MS Visio or similar application to support technical documentation.
Secondary Skills:
-Experience with Azure DevOps
-Experience working using Scale Agile Framework
