We are currently seeking a Junior Privacy Operations Analyst to operationalize and scale current privacy program practices, with a focus on the privacy assurance program. This individual will closely partner with functional leaders in legal, technology and the business to design, implement or mature important programmatic processes. This opportunity will allow a big thinker with superior analytical skills to show their depth and breadth of privacy governance processes.
Design, implement and manage the privacy assurance program. (50%)
Develop monitoring controls for high risk processes. (20%)
Support development and maintenance of the enterprise privacy common control framework and associated policies, standards and guidelines. (20%)
Other projects as required. (10%)
What do we require from you?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of industry-accepted privacy frameworks.
Knowledge of privacy tools and technologies.
Working knowledge of existing and proposed privacy regulations, including but not limited to: CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, LGPD, VCDPA, etc.
Project management skills.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Project).
Bonus points for?
Strong preference for CIA, CISA or equivalent audit certification.
Ad Tech company experience.
Understanding of consumer consent concepts.
Previous experience working on compliance or legal initiatives.
Technology experience in any of the following: data inventory, data tagging, de-identification/pseudonymization, websites, games, targeted marketing, streaming apps, corporate applications.
Certifications such as: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISM, CDPSE.
