In this position…**

The Tagging Lead is a member of Ford Pro's Digital & UX group within the Marketing team and will be responsible for website analytics tagging strategy & implementation across all FordPro.com global sites. Through partnership with the integrated marketing team, web dev & authoring team, and reporting team, the Tagging Lead will establish best practices for Adobe Analytics tagging which are scalable across FordPro.com sites, as well as create and manage tagging plans that follow these best practices, to be implemented across existing FordPro.com sites and new pages or content updates. **

Responsibilities**

What you'll do...

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Adobe Data Collection tagging for FordPro.com sites
  • Work with Reporting team & Web team to document and implement best practice tagging strategies to enable standardization of data gathered & reported
  • Debug & troubleshoot tagging issues to ensure data collection accuracy
  • Lead & manage tagging process, which includes request intake, creation of tagging plan, & QA of tags in staging environment. This process includes collaboration and coordination with web dev/authoring team, reporting team, and web marketing team.
  • Monitor & execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with other Marketing teams to implement floodlight & media tags on website as needed

Qualifications

You’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a web analytics/data collection tagging role
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (preferred) or Google Analytics/Tag Manager, particularly in creating tagging plans & strategy
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structures

  • Experience using Adobe Analytics for reporting/data analysis
  • Working knowledge of media tagging and query parameters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while working with multiple stakeholders and collaborators
  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies
  • A self-starter mentality to take initiative
