Our client is seeking a dynamic Community Events Program Lead to shape the future of offline communities and elevate user-driven events globally.
In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated Community Leaders, contributing to projects that scale community impact. As a key team member, you will build trust and respect within the community, manage event logistics, represent the brand at customer-centric events, and participate in strategic ideation.

Responsibilities:**
- Foster relationships with the community, internal/external teams, partners, and vendors.
- Be the linchpin for communication across all partners, ensuring a seamless exchange of information.
- Spearhead the introduction of new, scalable Community Events formats.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics with precision and attention to detail.
- Represent the Community at both Community Events and corporate gatherings.
- Contribute to ideation, strategize, and execute projects to elevate program quality.
- Identify and monitor program health metrics, driving engagement and retention initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure that Leader and member feedback shapes Events program initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- 3-5+ years in Ambassador Programs/Community Manager roles, with a track record of managing, building, and scaling communities through events.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience managing complex programs and overseeing cross-team projects.
- Energized by building relationships with a diverse group of people and attending user-driven events.
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence Cloud, and Trello is admired. Bonus points if you're familiar with Bevy, Qualtrics, and Tableau.
