As a digital media specialist , you'll be a part of Progressive’s Programmatic Media team, positioned at the forefront of the ever-evolving AdTech space. In this dynamic position, you’ll encompass the hands-on management of impactful digital campaigns and the cultivation of long-term strategic partnerships. From strategic planning to performance measurement, you’ll play a pivotal role in every stage of campaign development. In this position, you’ll be a subject matter expert and thought leader in one or more facets of digital marketing. In addition, you’ll take ownership of team processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Must-have Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, and a minimum of three years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred Skills

  • Property and casualty experience
  • Auction-based media experience
  • Managed and/or self-service campaign management
  • Data-minded and data-curious approach, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation

  • $58,100 - $93,500/year based on position level
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% - 30% (based on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
