YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who has experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS offerings to lead two of our workload automation products. You will be the expert across a variety of workload automation products focused on how to position our offerings within the marketplace to impact growth. You will help create and communicate our product’s value proposition, working collaboratively across the company as well as creating content to share with internal sales and marketing teams, prospects and existing customers.
Build product positioning and messaging to align with strategy, personas and effectively differentiate us in the marketplace.
Create global marketing messaging, content and sales collateral that clearly enables teams to succeed and articulates the product value.
Own the go-to-market strategy and tactical execution of new feature launches, feature updates, and other major product initiatives for a portfolio of automation products.
Collaborate with Demand Gen team on campaign strategy and asset development support.
Develop client testimonials and customer success stories, and identify new opportunities to showcase client success and leverage to create impact.

Contribute to improving the Product Marketing related processes within Redwood.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, enterprise software and/or SaaS/cloud environments.
You understand how ERP systems fundamentally operate.
Ability to scope, manage and continuously reprioritize multiple complex projects. simultaneously – strong time and workload management skills, setting clear expectations with leaders and partners.
Able to thrive in a fast paced and cross functional work environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills who can translate sophisticated technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with the intended audiences.
Comfortable talking to and presenting to customers, prospects and senior executives.
Prior experience in a technical role preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
