IAM Project Manager: Our client is seeking a Project Management consultant to make substantial progress on projects driven by the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This person would be responsible for managing a large technical migration to modernize our Identity Management tool and would help drive other small efforts to make strategic changes across a distributed work environment. This position will enable Client to move towards resolving the findings identified in the IAM Collaborative Assessment while improving the security posture of the University.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience as an IAM Project Manager in an enterprise setting.
Experienced collaborating on projects with complex set of stakeholders, business challenges, and technologies.
Experience driving planning efforts and managing the execution of the project plan.
Drive stakeholder engagement to participate in planning activities with the vendor of our new Identity Management tool.
Collaborate with the vendor, stakeholders, and IAM team to capture and resolve challenges or changes to the project.
Work with the vendor and project team to develop a project plan that clearly articulates work for IAM staff and stakeholders.
Help define project milestones and ensure project status is tracked and communicated.
Assist in managing the implementation budget for the project.
Create and manage project work plans, schedules, budgets, and management reports that define and track project progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a successful SAFe implementation in an enterprise setting
Project management certifications
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment
Experience in a compliance-heavy environment (e.g. PCI, HIPAA, FERPA)
Experience with identity and access management in a complex enterprise environment
