Job description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • Advanced level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, ACP).
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for multiple teams concurrently diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Must have experience with any programming languages.
  • Must know how API Level Architecture comes into play – web and mobile platforms – general/high level infrastructures
  • Experience using Atlassian application suite (JIRA, Confluence) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide others through the transition from a traditional delivery mindset to an Agile mindset.
