Job description

This client is looking for a VERY SENIOR person for this role. They are willing to go to $250K salary for high level DevOps - BELOW I have highlighted exactly what they want. Find this person and you will make the placement.


Visa: USC and GC only



Interview process: (no exceptions)
The interview process utilizes video calls for all meetings.
  1. Introductions - 20-minute greeting with the hiring manager
  2. Technical phone screen - 1 hour
  3. One-on-one with CEO - 30 minutes
  4. One-on-one with CTO - 30 minutes
  5. Presentation - 1 hour



Senior DevOps Engineer - (Remote in the US) - 1620

Salary: $150K - $225K depending on experience
Location: 100% Remote (within US)
Position Type: FTE – no contracting - no Corp to Corp or 1099. W2 only
Work Authorization: No sponsorship offered. USC and GC only
Communication: Excellent in verbal, written and comprehension


In this role you will:
  • Participate in the full lifecycle, including architecture design, development, testing, and deployment of applications into production.
  • Maintain system quality to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers in the deployment of their applications.

Minimum Qualifying Experience
  • Must be proficient in AWS and utilize Terraform templates. We need someone that can:
  • Implement GitHub workflows on existing repositories.
  • Implement CI/CD best practices to take code from the repository and publish it as a hosted application in AWS.
  • Deploy and monitor existing applications in AWS.
  • Utilize Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code technologies to maintain the AWS infrastructure.
  • Document and maintain devops processes and AWS infrastructure.
  • Collaborates frequently with team members.
  • Previous experience within a startup - ideal
  • 10+ years developing, maintaining, and/or deploying applications in a DevOps role.
  • 5+ years managing AWS applications.
  • 1+ years' experience with web3 applications – desired
  • AWS Certifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

Bonus if you have any of the following:
  • Experience with COSMOS-SDK or EVM DeFi protocols
  • Experience with web frameworks such as React.
  • Experience developing production quality software in Python.
  • Experience with both relational and distributed database design
  • Experience in gaming, economics, blockchain, mathematical or statistical modeling, AI/Client
