They are currently looking for a digital marketing manager to join their global marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead on executing the digital marketing activities across all audiences.
Working as part of the marketing department, this role is responsible for developing and delivering an engaging digital marketing strategy. In addition to delivering digital marketing content, this role will also help to measure marketing activity and ensure analytics are shared and inform the wider marketing strategy.
Developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques, the Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked with driving traffic to company websites and generating interest in company products and services. Core responsibilities will include managing and enhancing the websites and social media channels.

The purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager is to develop and own the digital marketing strategy and initiatives. Playing particular attention to top-of-funnel traffic growth and optimisation of pipeline conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites
Exploit and develop all websites. Ensure that key target groups are encouraged to visit the sites regularly and are nurtured through MQL, SQL and opportunity statuses
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, across SEO/SEM, PPC, Social media, and email in conjunction with the wider marketing team
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with internal teams and in-house Designer to create landing pages and optimise the user experience
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
Design, build and maintain social media presence and develop a community-led strategy
Managing e-newsletters
Supporting general marketing campaigns using digital channels and work with other departments, helping them to deliver activity digitally
Explore new technologies and media channels to improve experience
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and relevant qualifications
Content creation abilities
Highly computer literate, preferably with experience in technology
A minimum of two years' experience in a marketing role
Excellent understanding of marketing and project planning techniques
Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English
Professional, presentable, dependable and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
