You Are
A Solutions Architect who can lead planning projects in a complex architecture involving S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP BW, SAP APO and implement various solutions. The projects may involve SAP IBP Data integration, deep knowledge of MRP and BOM structures, ML ATP, Product Allocation and fulfillment models of different natures.
The Opportunity
Provide technical and/or business consultative leadership during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle, for large CRM/ERP implementations. This will include review, design,
- Senior Solutions Architect leads technical strategies and architectures as well as technical development for enterprise-wide, large projects or systems, using industry-standard integrated architecture models.
- Independently design, analyze, document and develop technical architecture and solutions for large enterprise level applications and systems
- Implement solution architecture by building components and custom designs and maintaining technical integrity
- Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement improvements in system architectures
- Design and implement proof of concepts, solution/architecture planning and custom demos
- Perform technical feasibility and impact analysis and select software architecture or solution
- Lead, direct and participate in new technology adoption in ERP/CRM.
- Build strong internal or external customer relationships, managing expectations at all levels
- Understanding of current operational frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation
- Accountable with deal pursuit to ensure that proposed solutions offer a winning value proposition, playing a key role in the preparation of proposals
- Lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and validate and revise the solution as necessary
- Supervise software architects to develop system recommendation documents by researching, evaluating, analyzing and selecting technology and infrastructure products, functionality and features.
- Advise customer senior leaders on various software and technology solutions and business problems
- Analyze customer objectives and present a compelling solution
- Lead customer discovery and assessment meetings to identify business value and ROI for complex business problems
- Recommend best practices to customers and help with IT Strategy and implementation planning – capacity, servers, deployment, etc.
- Define architecture for large engagements involving cluster of technologies and act as design authority for the engagement.
- Ensure technical quality of deliverables under his/her portfolio of projects with strict adherence to architecture principles and design standards.
- Conceptualize technical platform which address similar patterns of need for a domain or a horizontal segment.
- Provide conceptual solution model as part of pre-sales activities.
- Work on estimates, vendor management, partnership/license management.
- Pursuit of industry better practices across multiple accounts
- Mentor group of architects and support them in getting the right kind of exposure
- Set goals in NorthStar; timely measure the progress and update accordingly.
What You Need
- At least 15 years of IT Project implementation experience in SAP SCM/APO (SNP, CTM,
- At least 3 years’ experience with hands on Project experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, APO DP/SNP/ GATP and data integration on associated systems
- Knowledge and experience on SAP SD, MM , PP and cross functional integration is required.
- Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of SAP Production planning, MRP runs and cross functional integration with MM and Finance is required
- Knowledge of BOMs, Configurable BOMs, Capacity planning, PP/DS is desired
- At least 8 years of Industry experience in High Tech or Semiconductor
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below . **
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role**
Remote- $138,000 - $208,000
