Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the various departments and business lines to enroll generic identities into the enterprise vaulting solution (TPAM) to meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements.
• Deliver Privileged Access Management services, including Privileged User Identity, Privileged Password, session management, and session recording
• Support troubleshooting and resolving complex authentication, authorization and integration problems as they relate to the enterprise vaulting solution.
• Makes recommendations for improving security and can implement those recommendations.
• Create, update and maintain documentation (including process documents and procedures)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Associates degree in an IT-related discipline preferred.
5+ years’ of IT experience with 2+ years of direct Identity and Access Management experience.
Experience with Privileged Access Management operational tasks, such as defining access control, policies/platforms, user provisioning and entitlements, managing application credentials and user access policy management.
Experience in any of the Privileged Access Management tools - CA PAM, Dell Quest TPAM, Thycotic Secret Server, or CyberArk
Skills and Competencies:
• Knowledge of user access control principles for multiple OS platforms, including, but not limited to UNIX, Active Directory, Oracle, SQL and Windows.
• Understanding of the implementation and functionality of Privileged Access and Account Management systems and controls
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethics in maintaining confidential information.
• Understanding of RBAC methodologies and least privilege.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral.
• Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from a technical staff to senior management.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.
