Technical Program Manager – Datacenter controls systems
Job responsibilities
• [Leadership]
o Lead efforts to develop and establish consistent and scalable data center system efficiency and optimization processes that are based on data analytics and statistical regression.
o Be the champion of the project team across the upstream and downstream partner teams across TI, specifically with Data center capacity, build, delivery, operations and Software Core Services to help execute successful strategy and methodology insertions. Drive planning engagement/prioritization with key software and hardware systems partners.
• [Execution]
o Track the Product Life Cycle flow for the entirety of the project. This will include understanding the dependency of all the work streams with other partner teams and review teams priority to align with the project. Follow the project and flag divergence from MRD/PRD commitment at project initiation.
• [Goal Driven]
o Deliver a consistent Business case analysis that aligns with the Market Requirement Doc.
• [Vision]
o Have a long term alignment with the overall Power Resource Efficiency initiatives and portfolio to provide continuous engagement and refinement to all related projects. Support the greater ATI Engineering org to help define and drive the efficiency effort to align with its long term goal of lower Total Cost of ownership and predictability. **
Minimum qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical and product program management related to system integration in managing complex and large scale projects.
• Experience with Data Center controls systems
Preferred qualifications ** • 5 years of experience in designing and implementing controls systems and dynamic modeling.
• Having a good understanding of Data Center Operational and Lifecycle Management.
• Able to work in a matrix driven organization with dual focus on engineering excellence and on product execution.
• Experience in datacenter compute and system infrastructure development.
