Your missions

We are a history-focused digital agency that helps museums, libraries, archives, and other cultural institutions create engaging and immersive online experiences. We offer services such as web development, digital storytelling, interactive exhibits, virtual tours, and more. We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using ClickUp, our preferred project management software

• Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements

• Coordinate with team members and external vendors to ensure availability and alignment with project goals

• Create and assign tasks within ClickUp, track progress, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion of project milestones

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

• Proactively address issues and challenges as they arise

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication

• Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed

• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project requirements

• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain project integrity

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to financial guidelines

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records

• Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date within ClickUp

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
To be a successful Project Manager, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment

• Proficiency in project management software, with experience using ClickUp preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements

• Passion for history and cultural heritage is a plus
