Description:**

Our Client is embarking on the journey to reimplement its Salesforce Org, reimage the future, and integrate its ecosystem components. The Technical Architect role is specifically being created to support the successful execution of this large-scale, multi-year project. Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various technologies, frameworks, and architectures to develop robust and scalable solutions. **

  • Serve as lead architect for the overall program by coordinating and aligning work of multiple architects on the team, both internal and system integrator, including::

- Architecture Design

  • Specialize in enterprise architecture, system and data integration, data management, data analytics, data architecture, and cross cloud implementation practices
  • Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and/or exceed business needs
  • Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements, ensuring incorporation of best practices, architectural patterns, and technology selections to meet business objectives
  • Oversee the design of a comprehensive data model that spans applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, FinancialForce, etc.) and associated integrations
  • Drive Boomi, NetSuite, and Salesforce integration efforts in collaboration with our System Integrator
  • Coordinate and ensuring the successful completion of all PowerSchool technical responsibilities, including application integration, data migration, and production deployment
  • Provide final technical sign-off for all design proposals (Data & Systems)
  • Align with project and program managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Where required, hands-on application configuration to meet customer needs
  • Direct and mentor diverse teams, such as stakeholders, delivery team members and colleagues in technical support aspects, to ensure awareness and adoption of architecture standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of extensive experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on enterprise-level applications, preferably working at or with enterprise software companies 10+ years of hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP, HRIS) as well as coding experience in object-oriented languages, hands-on experience with various databases, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and experience designing API-driven architectures.
  • Experience as a Senior Architect in a mid to large sized organization with leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization
  • A detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools), and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM)
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
  • Experience in guiding business stakeholders and project members in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problems with a proven track record of analyzing complex problems and designing and implementing innovative solutions
  • Rapidly learn new technologies as well as strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
  • Available to travel regionally depending on business partner needs
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid level and key decision makers with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective conveying of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience of defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform including coded solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications required.
