You Are**
The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for learning, understanding, and executing the delivery of work for our internal and external customers. **
The Opportunity**
- Executing and monitoring production data and data exchange-related processes, in a timely and conscientiously.
- Executes defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per defined schedule viz. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
- Assists with implementing new SOPs / refining SOPs for providing routine service.
- Initiates troubleshooting and/or appropriate notification of issues timely.
- Monitors the status of normal production processes as well as the progress of issue resolutions
- Responsible for communication of results and/or issues per team standards.
- Shifts focus between clients and/or processes throughout the day to meet production needs.
- Balances incoming requests with previously scheduled work.
- Assists personnel, both internal and external, by answering questions and supplying information
- Assists in outage resolution, a validation after weekend patching, and rollover activities
- Effectively supports projects/teams in order to produce desired results.
- Develops and maintains an effective working relationship with internal and external customers.

What You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required.
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
- Five or more years of experience in a related field, typically in at least two of the following areas is preferred: healthcare information technology, healthcare economics, healthcare policy, statistical modeling, business decisions, analysis, or business management.
- Experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
- Intermediate SQL Server/Transact SQL skills.
- Ability to monitor jobs in Control M, analyze in case of issues, and order jobs when the situation demands
- Strong ability to work independently and direct the efforts of others.
- Experience in Informatica and/or BizTalk is essential for this role.
- Experience in the following technologies and willingness to work on other technologies: MS SQL, Oracle, Informatica, BizTalk, EDI, Control M
- Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift model
