Mission

• Maintain Operational Quality on the network of all our client's Plants Worldwide
• Provide Level 3 technical support for incidents as well as project implementation to all clients Plants Worldwide
• Actively participating in the projects of the team and maintain a good collaboration with the other teams

Activities

• Provide Level 3 support to the local network administrators of all our clients Plants WW
• Define preventive maintenance actions: PMP, Audit, Security, etc.
• Creation and consolidation of procedure documents:
  • Build specifications, installation and commissioning procedures of network infrastructures.
• Install and integrate new network technologies - manage the implementation and good functionality of telecommunications technologies
• Manage new data network projects considering the clients requirements while optimum employment of IT resources
• Ensuring the reliability, confidentiality and integrity of information systems
• Participation with expertise in the resolution of network malfunctions and network standard utilization
• Ensuring the administration of the stock of materials and inventory items specific to the telecom field
• Responsibility for the proper functioning of the "Cyber ​​Lab' Indus Flins" technical test laboratory:
  • Responsibility for implementation and keeping configurations up to date
  • Providing support to all clients who will perform tests with the help of this laboratory
• Maintain application flow mapping with the Project Manager
• Cisco and Palo Alto environment expertise are a must or equivalent vendors (Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)

Work mode and Travels

• Occasional travels could be scheduled during project phase to keep the link with Plants
• Teleworking / presence on Mioveni plant or our clients Bucharest site when needed
• Interventions outside working hours to be provided (in remote mode)

Skills required

• Basic knowledge of:
  • IP Layer 3 routing: BGP, OSPF
  • WAN, 4G/5G, Lora, Cloud
  • Monitoring systems (SNMP, HP NNMi, Cacti, Etc.)
  • Scripting (Python)
  • Firewall and Security restrictions (Palo Alto is plus)
• Medium knowledge of:
  • TCP/IP network (Hardware - knowledge of Cisco devices is a plus)
  • Layer 2 switching: VLAN, STP, LACP and other Layer 2 protocols
  • DHCP, DNS, Radius, NTP, Tacacs+
  • Authentication using Cisco ISE (WiFi and NAC)
  • WiFi WLC (Cisco technology is a plus)
• Certifications are a plus (CCNA / CCNP / ISE / PaloAlto / WLC)
• Technical project management (Change / Problem Management process)
