Job description

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Loss Coordinator to join our client for a part-time, remote opportunity! This opportunity is 20 to 30 hours a week M-F, 11PM – 5AM/overnight hours). You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of commercial losses, ensuring efficient resolution and excellent customer experience. This role requires a combination of negotiation, communication, and administrative skills, along with a solid understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes. This Contract opportunity offers $24-$25/Hour!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing commercial losses, ensuring a positive and empathetic customer experience. - Coordinate and manage commercial loss cases, including data management, administrative tasks, and monitoring job progress. - Administer partner relationships and ensure operational compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Handle team administrative tasks to support smooth operations and collaboration. - Undertake all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: - College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience). - Previous experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial/facility sales is advantageous. - Demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - General knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes. - Obtain necessary industry trade certifications as required. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Familiarity with cost analysis techniques. - Ability to make independent decisions and exercise judgment. - Possession of a valid driver’s license. - Effective organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. - Strategic and analytical thinking abilities. - Ability to influence others without direct authority.
