Job description

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Reimbursement Coordinator to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in EST)! You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Reimbursement Advocacy team by managing various administrative tasks associated with member and payor assistance, particularly concerning provider pushback. This role involves facilitating inquiries, generating reports, and ensuring seamless coordination of claim payments. This Contract opportunity offers $21-$23/Hour!

Duties/Responsibilities: - Efficiently distribute incoming pushback inquiries via email and phone calls. - Generate reports tracking aging claims, closures, and team performance metrics. - Coordinate the processing of claim payments and balance bills to providers. - Provide support to management through various tasks and assignments. - Prioritize and triage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. - Conduct research on providers and procure relevant contact information for negotiation purposes. - Report any system-related issues promptly. - Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and regulations. - Undertake other related projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1+ years of administrative experience. - Experience in healthcare and/or insurance companies, particularly in provider relations. - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent administrative and organizational abilities. - Capability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal supervision. - Commitment to continuous skill development and fostering a positive work environment. - Demonstrated adherence to high professional ethical standards.
