Job description

Responsibilities

This role is 100% remote

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the global equity programs, including grants, exercise, vesting, releases, and forfeitures and preparation of quarterly reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equity holdings, exercises, and grants.
  • Ensure that all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, distributions, and cancellations, are accurately processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliation of outstanding equity award transactions and records
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation, increasing efficiency and reducing operational risks
  • Support internal and external audit requirements for quarterly reviews and year-end audits. Own SOX controls pertaining to the equity compensation process.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting related to equity programs and manage forecasting and modeling for equity programs
  • Lead and develop employee communications relating to equity compensation matters, respond to participant questions, and resolve issues regarding equity
  • Manage relationships with the stock plan administrator and global tax advisor to ensure compliance in a global environment and high-quality service delivery
  • Provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Legal, Payroll and HR teams, to ensure compliance with securities and tax laws, regulations and disclosure requirements, and global payroll reporting
  • Stay current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices
  • Support other projects and perform other duties as assigned

Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $137,900-$183,800-$229,800 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.

All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 20% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in equity administration, including managing global equity plans in a complex public company organizational structure
  • Experience managing an equity administration system, preferably the Fidelity equity platform
  • Strong understanding of international equity regulations, tax, and compliance requirements
  • Analytical, forward-thinking, and solution-focused professional with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage complex data sets and calculations
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization and employees at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with others, multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment
