React Developer (Frontend)

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a front end web developer who is familiar primarily with React.js. You will join a team of 15 and be part of a pod of 4. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and not afraid to take risks or try new things. You will help build the next generation of a popular communication management application currently in beta and very well received by the current beta customers. This application is in the process of also being built for mobile devices so any React Native experience would be a huge plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the team and project manager to design, code, test, document and deploy.
• Learn the application uses and benefits from the user’s perspective -complete working knowledge of the customer’s work flow.
• Design approaches and assist in developing product enhancements (both functional and technical) that satisfy user requirement.
• Gather, compile, analyze and document Software or System Integration Requirements.
• Compile and write unit tests, functional tests, and end to end tests so others can easily understand the program logic.
• Execute all phases of software application projects, including customer migration, defect removal, issue resolution, or any technical task required to ensure successful deployment.
• Prepare documents describing development setup, installation and operating procedures for deliverables.
• Troubleshoot applications and quickly resolve production issues.
• Assist team members and product users with problems.
• Identify issues and inconsistencies with data quality and creates processes to overcome system deficiencies.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• At least 2 years experience in ECMAScript/Javascript, jQuery and other Javascript libraries, TSQL, .net Core, C#
• At least 1 year experience in TFS, React.js, React Native, NPM, Babel
