Perform activities following Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes for Model N.
Responsible for designing and implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions to support business needs.
Review and Govern Model N business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.
Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes for Model N
Develop both system and technical documentation for Model N
It is using Model N Cloud ( powered by N) , with Model N being a propriety software we cannot own the development/coding. There does need to be technical understanding of the process both from the application standpoint and the environment.
