The Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) analyst role is responsible driving visibility, understanding and consistency for addressing risks and providing risk-based information to help facilitate decisions and to ensure Ford meets corporate and compliance objectives. **

Responsibilities**

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitate risk assessments by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk data on Application and Infrastructure Risk/Control Framework needs, and work with partners to identify, align and aggregate risk inputs from various sources within the organization
  • Cultivate relationships with other stakeholders and partner with subject matter experts on various skill teams (e.g., Office of the General Council, Global Data Insights and Analytics, Corporate Security, Ford Credit, In-Vehicle/Mobility Cyber Security, Human Resources, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, Product Driven Organizations) and data element owners
  • Identify, align and aggregate risk inputs from various sources within the organization
  • Drive integration with other risk/control processes and tools
  • Promote GRC and ISP awareness with audience specific training, presentations and reports to support end user awareness and understanding
  • Drive continual enhancements of the GRC tooling capabilities and Information Security Policy documentation
  • Identify and implement GRC process improvements, integration and automation opportunities
  • Support policy/control/risk changes and policy exception request (PER) process, reporting and governance

Qualifications

The minimum requirements we seek :

  • 3+ years of experience in GRC, risk management and/or policy management
  • 1-3 years of experience in risk assessment, IT policy, compliance requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with GRC tooling configuration and support

Our preferred requirements :

  • Experience with dashboard tooling (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense, QlikView)
  • Experience with data analytical models and tools (e.g., MATLAB)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-Starter who can lead when requirements are unknown and drive to a solution
  • Strong organizational skills; able to advance multiple work streams concurrently
