80% of the role:
Managing internal account information from an administrative perspective. Setting up individuals with software(s), accesses, user information. Goes into the background of systems and provides rights to access. Trainings will be provided for this. Managing direct accounts behind the scenes.
20% of the role:
Previous employee to hold this role did customer master work. Account set up, new user establishment, old user elimination, access tools. Give and take away system tools utilized across North America for external customers and partners. Not a super heavy load, but very important. Account creation, access administrator.
Requires being extremely responsive and customer service oriented. **
