The ideal candidates for this position will have a strong accounting skillset, be comfortable executing high-volume and complex reconciliations, and have experience working on multiple projects at the same time. **

Description**
- Account reconciliations for over 350k accounts
- Research negative balances, duplicate invoices, and any receivables that may be due
- Research non payments and work closely with AP/Reimbursement Team to correct issue
- Candidate must be comfortable working in multiple systems and combing through large amounts of data
- Support the Controller and Corporate Accounting Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Assist CFO and Controller with annual external financial audit, state audit and organization tax return (Form 990) preparation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 – 7 years’ experience (public accounting experience a plus)
- Nonprofit accounting experience a plus
- High volume reconciliations experience
