FCSD Tech is looking for Software Engineers that embrace Agile Programming principles to deliver innovative software products for Ford Motor Company and our Dealers and Customers. **
Responsibilities**
- Work closely with both the client and the business teams to translate the business requirements into functional technical requirements and develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project
- Design, develop, migrate, deploy, and integrate using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC)
- Create Flows, Flow Actions, Customer Portals, Controls, and other UI rules
- Design Manger Dashboard, Declarative Expressions, Data Tables, and perform mapping with external databases
- Manage the Enterprise Class structure, Case Management and Rule Resolution
- Establish Integration Connectors – SOAP, SQL, REST and Integration Services – SOAP Listeners, Email
- Complete performance tuning using PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer, Tracer
- Use SMA (System Management Administrator) Tool, Agents to review system health and performance
- Use debugging tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector
- Showcase excellent troubleshooting skills for support of system incidents, defects, and outages, by performing root cause analysis for the concern and remediating the issue through code or data fixes
- Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, and performance testing
- Willing to gain knowledge of user interface design using Angular or ReactJS and browser-based debugging and performance testing software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Pega certification as a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- 10+ years of experience with the design, development, migration, deployment, and integration of PRPC rule sets
- 8+ years experience working within the following Pega areas: Activities, Activity Step Methods, Data Transforms Report Definitions, Usage of Obj and RDB methods to interact with DB, Circumstance, Agents, Validations, Flows, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Spilt Join, Split for Each, Spin Off, Work Party, Declarative Rules, Routing to Worklists/ Workbaskets, Access Groups, Data tables, Mapping with External Database, Designing UI.
- 8+ years experience developing Activities, Flows, Routing, Declarative Processing, Circumstances, UI components, and Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages)
- Excellent interpersonal, team cooperation and communication skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Rally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Passion for learning and willingness to work in a pair programming environment
