Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Canada Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 12 years of total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the design and configuration of SAP CA Payroll, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC CA Payroll. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll catalog definition, wage type definition and configuration, third-party remittance, off-cycle payroll definition and processing, garnishments definition and reporting, and management. You will also be involved in pay statement management, taxation, year-end adjustments, tax forms, benefits configuration, and integration with 3rd party systems. Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Compensation and Time Management systems, as well as experience in creating custom operations and rules, year-end activities, and support packs implementation are essential. Strong knowledge in HR-FI integrations and reporting is also required. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be willing to work US shift hours.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Minimum 12 years of total IT experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM

- Experience in design and configuration of SAP CA Payroll

- Experience in 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC CA Payroll

- Worked as an SME for CA payroll
