POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly adaptable, organized, and dynamic Hybrid Manager (m/f/d) to serve as a central hub for our CEO, Board of Directors, internal departments, and external stakeholders. This role is a unique blend of administrative, strategic, and liaison responsibilities designed to streamline operations, facilitate effective decision-making, and optimize organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Efficiency: Maintain organizational fluidity by expertly managing calendars, coordinating travel, and planning events for the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive leadership and various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Strategic Involvement: Be a key player in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and provide analytical insights on various technical and commercial topics to inform board-level decisions.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Manage and enhance communications with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Executive Correspondence: Handle professional emails and documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring high-quality and timely communications.
  • Priority Management: Exhibit exceptional prioritization skills by balancing multiple competing priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Meeting Prep: Prepare detailed presentations and materials for high-level meetings, workshops, and other executive gatherings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business administration, or a similar role. However, given the role's complexity and strategic aspects, 5-7 years of relevant experience would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Additional qualifications in Project Management or Executive Secretarial Studies would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational abilities, proven through a track record of structured work processes.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • Contract negotiation and editing experience is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence, are imperative.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience working closely with a Board of Directors or C-level executives is crucial.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
