About the Role

As a Senior sales associate, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to determine their needs,

answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to

promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Senior Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our

company s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Senior Sales Associate are to achieve

excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company s sales goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through

Leading customers through the product and providing them with in-depth information and a tour of the

product features. Conducting live demonstrations where needed.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Executing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Cross sell products

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Building in-depth knowledge of the product and keeping up with product and/or feature updates.

Keeping the customer updated about product modifications and new features.

Guiding the customers through their queries and/or issues. Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails,

contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.

Implementing the standard operating procedures for carrying out sales processes.

Actively participating in sales training meetings.

Working in cooperation with the customer support team to provide top-quality customer service.

Actively generating new leads and close sales

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features. May respond to

customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff

Skills and Requirements:

Proven work experience as a IT Senior Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Strong communication skills and a data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges.

A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus. Demonstrate patience in all customer

contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

Skilled in multitasking; including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical.

Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices in the industry.

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably at a tech company.

Ability to handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Ability to learn and think conceptually

Should be a mindful and empathetic listener.

Tech (Software) background - ability to communicate technology and relate to business solutions

MBA educational qualification preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a desire to drive valuable and positive change for a

rapidly growing team and business

Preferred knowledge in Cloud Market Knowledge, Cloud Sales & Tech Experience, Salesforce experience,

and Prospecting Experience.

Having experience with Salesforce CRM will be an advantage"

5+ years selling experience in hardware/software sales.

Direct experience selling SaaS.

Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends.

Job Location: (Remote)

Work Shift: U.S (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
