Data and Pricing Recruitment Practice Lead (Insurance)
Manchester Office base 2-3 days per week. Hybrid working avail.
£45K to £60K Basic + 30% Commission + Bonus + Benefits
This boutique 360 Recruitment and RPO Consultancy have been established and have proven to deliver results for over 20 years. Their core market sectors are: Insurance, Legal and Technology.
With 20 years experience, their network of talent is extensive and they take the time to keep in regular contact with their candidates so that they can move quickly to present them with great opportunities.
The company operate predominantly within the passive candidate market, therefore they have relationships with specialist candidates that are not actively available in the marketplace. They know what aspects of a role and company are important to individual candidates and make sure their conversations with specialist talent meets both the needs of that candidate and the client.
Currently with 34 staff and a healthy turnover of £5m, they are looking to expand their operations by opening a Manchester City Centre office to complement their southern UK head-office.
Their client list is very impressive especially within the insurance market, with a lot of clients based in the North, therefore because of organic growth, a Team Lead/ Manager is required within Data Science and Pricing (Insurance) who can develop their own team.
The RPO sister business specialises in Fintech and Insurance, therefore they have already established relationships with many 'Heads of Pricing' which means that this will be a warm desk environment where you can piggyback from existing clients.
Initially the role will be 360 with a view to develop your team to 3 consultants within 12 months. The career progression would be to become Director of the practice and you could even become Director of the North (incorporating their Tech Manchester business).

Also, it is worth noting that they are currently scouting for offices in Manchester City Centre. Initially, this will be a we-work environment or similar, you can have a say in where you wish to work.
Experience Required:
- 3 years+ Recruitment Experience preferably within the Insurance market however complimentary sectors will be considered.
- Strong track record of success.
- Experience of/ or a desire to manage your own team
