Senior Legal Technologist - Document Lifecycle

Hybrid Working – London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Senior Legal Technologist, developing innovative ways of delivering document automation & assembly solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in the creation of new automation solutions
  • Supervisory/line management of Legal Technologists
  • Design and implement automated document assembly solutions
  • Work collaboratively across cross functional teams in Legal Technology and legal practice
  • Build, update and maintain automated products and provide support
  • Identify opportunities where automation technologies can support clients
  • System enhancements & software upgrades to provide innovative solutions
  • Vendor management
  • Deliver training sessions to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge
  • Market trends and developments in the legal, automation and AI industries


Experience

Educated to degree level in Law or equivalent education or experience;

  • Business information systems qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience within a global law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of legal automation software; Clarilis, Contract Express, HighQ, HotDocs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong collaboration skills and experience, with an enthusiastic personality
  • Innovative approach, with creative thinking and solutions focused
