Qualifications:

Aged between 30-45, Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields with GPAs of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate, Minimum 5 years of experience in System Analyst or System Integration, understanding of technology and ability to analyze business, experience and skills in team management.

Key responsabilities:

Design systems to meet business needs, analyze feasibility, and prepare proposals for approval

Control IT project execution according to plans/budgets and project KPIs, focus on Vendor and Technology selection suitable for the system

Manage the team, resolve problems effectively, and ensure project alignment with plans and assigned KPIs

ออกแบบระบบงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของธุรกิจ, วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้และจัดทำ Proposal เพื่อขออนุมัติ ดำเนินโครงการ (Solution Design)
ควบคุมการดำเนินโครงการด้าน IT ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน/งบประมาณและ KPI ของโครงการ (Project Management)
ศึกษาติดตาม Technology Roadmap และ Technology Trend ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจเพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ไช้เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางการแข่งขัน
จัดทำแผนงานด้าน IT โดยการนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางของธุรกิจ
พิจารณาคัดเลือก Vendor และ Technology ให้เหมาะสมกับระบบงาน รวมถึงการประเมินผล Vendor และจัดทำ Vendor Portfolio (Vendor Management)
บริหารจัดการทีม และเป็นที่ปรึกษาแก้ไขปัญหากับลูกทีม ให้สามารถดำเนินการโครงการไปตามแผนงาน และ KPI
อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

อายุระหว่าง 30-45 ปี
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิชาสารสนเทศ วิศวะคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เกรดเฉลี่ยปริญญาตรี > 2.70 และในระดับปริญญาโท > 3.30
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสายงานด้าน System Analyst / System Integration
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีและสามารถวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจได้
มีประสบการณ์ และทักษะในการบริหารจัดการทีม
สามารถตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (Toeic score > 550)
