Education and Experience »

  • Plus would be experience working in Cable.
  • People who have call center experience are best for this role, this is NOT an IT role or Network related.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

  • Excel
  • Call Center experience
  • Good email and verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities »

  • Technical Call Center, running a rebuild for the network.
  • Open and close tickets - make sure ticket info is correct, open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day.
  • Use internal ticketing system.
  • Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end, if not they need to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to look at 4-5 tools and check what on and offline.
  • Excel is needed for tracking and updating.
  • Heavy email communication and chat.

Note: Location: Remote but may require onsite work in Atlanta - must be local and vaccinated
