Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Administrative/Clerical background, preferably in a Healthcare environment, Dental or vision industry experience preferred, Associate degree in a related field preferred; High School diploma required, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel and other window-based applications.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of requests for referrals, prior authorizations, and claims digitally.
- Support data entry of referrals or prior authorizations and monitor pending authorization requests.
- Generate notification letters, prepare submissions to vendors, review refund checks, and resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining productivity standards.
- Provide administrative support, handle internal and external customer assistance, and perform other assigned duties.
