Responsibilities include:
Diary and email management.
Answering phones and directing calls to the correct team member.
Sending care packages to customers.
Billing and late notices
Managing internal meetings
Attend client calls, take meeting notes, and create tasks for internal teams and clients
Assist in maintaining Salesforce
Make travel arrangements for owners and team members
Order computers and office supplies
Occasionally handle personal items for the CEO (make calls and run errands)
