Key responsabilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, answer calls, provide clerical support, track and update important documents, attend meetings, handle mail distribution and office supplies, maintain tenant files and contact lists
- Monitor and schedule room bookings, cooperate in the setup of events, be proactive in addressing guest needs, be tech-savvy and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
