Those who excel in this role have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales expectations with consultative closing experience. Able to handle high volume outbound calls, all leads will be provided! The right candidate is polished with strong & effective interpersonal & verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with UHNW/HNW individuals including career professionals and entrepreneurs. Success in this role is being strategic, compassionate, a positive influencer, and a resourceful self-starter who will compete with themselves while collaborating with their team members. Compensation: Your hard work and professional dedication will be rewarded with a competitive compensation structure and excellent benefits. First-year earnings through a combination of base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonus structure is 80-120K, depending on your skill.
Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 40 hours/week– allowing opportunities of days/hours covering M-Su, depending on business needs.

Flexible Remote Work Opportunity: IJL Select team members benefit from having the flexibility of working remotely or having the option to work from our local offices. All remote work environments are required to be equipped with high-speed internet (meet bandwidth requirements), and a conducive environment that allows for privacy, quiet, good lighting, and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meetings. An employee is responsible for all related home office expenses.
